Cargill Zhenjiang’s production tower is over 68 meters high constructed based on the most advanced slippery-mould technology in the world. The VM 400 pellet mills imported from the Sprout-Bauer Company in U.S can effectively improve the gelatinization degree and palatability for granule feeds and reduce feed waste. The X-185 extruder imported from the world famous extruder expert Wenger Corporation is excellent in manufacturing specialty, high quality livestock & aquatic feeds through thorough gelatinization and pasteurization.
The Control Center rigidly monitors the whole production process to ensure the stable product quality. The company also possesses advanced storage facilities to guarantee high quality production with silo capacity of 120,000mt for raw materials and warehouse capacity of 800mt for finished products. All these automation storage facilities also help to achieve lower operation cost and higher efficiency. Moreover, there are three sets of grinder from Jacabson company and one main mixer from Scott company fully ensuring sound product quality with advanced technology and high performance.

These products in series are specially designed to meet requirements for specific physiological development phases and production levels. Cargill brand feed products are highly palatable, digestible and nutritionally balanced.
