Cargill China Cares Council (CCCC)

The Cargill China Cares Council (CCCC) was established in 2004 as a geography-level committee for the purpose of providing leadership for advancing Cargill’s citizenship in China.

Mission

CCCC will serve communities in China by contributing to education, environment and health.

Charter

• To promote and encourage community involvement among Cargill China locations
• To serve as a clearinghouse for coordination, collaboration and dissemination
• To ensure alignment with Cargill China business strategy and interests

Approach

National Scope: To promote, leverage and coordinate citizenship efforts that seek broad brand and reputation building opportunities for Cargill and to encourage cross-business collaboration in planning, implementation and execution.

Local Involvement: To champion, encourage and provide incentives for Cargill China locations to take an active role in implementing community involvement and enrichment projects and programs in local Cargill communities.
